Royce M. Becker - Art Director

Royce M. Becker is the visionary artistic force at the core of "The Studio,” a creative resource that provides premium print, identity, branding, collateral, interactive and advertising design solutions to an impressive and colorful international client roster. Stacy Kosko - Development Associate

Stacy Kosko is a Ph.D student in Public Policy at the University of Maryland, concentrating in international development and human rights. She also consults for the World Bank and serves as the Associate Director of the College Park Scholars Public Leadership program, for which she won an award for her teaching of undergraduates.  She spent the summer of 2009 with Ovidiu Rom, an education development organization in Bucharest, Romania. Prior to starting her PhD, she was the Deputy Director of The Advocacy Project (AP), a DC-based human rights organization with which she consulted for the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict and People Building Peace and coordinated the Outreach and Fellowship programs. She also spent a summer working at the Dzeno Association, a Roma rights organization in the Czech Republic, before graduating from Georgetown University with an M.S. in Foreign Service and a certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies. She graduated as valedictorian from Syracuse University in 2000 with BAs in Television/Radio/Film, English and Textual Studies, and French.

Julie Duro - Lighting Designer

Julie's work in dance encompasses designs for North Carolina Dance Theatre, the Australian Ballet, Southern Ballet Theatre, Dances Patrelle, the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, and Mark Stuart Dance Theatre. She was the resident lighting designer for the critically acclaimed Ohio Ballet from 1996 to 1999, and she works frequently with Tulsa Ballet, where she designed the lighting for Don Quixote, Cinderella, and The Nutcracker last season, and with Pittsburgh Ballet, where her work can be seen each year in The Nutcracker. In addition, she has designed lighting for Luna Stage, Artpark, Pennsylvania Centre Stage, the Asolo Conservatory in Florida, and the Juilliard School, and she is the resident lighting designer for the yearly Salute to the Presidential Scholars in Washington, D.C., at the Kennedy Center.

Kelly Ericson Harnett - Audio Engineer>

Kelly has a B.M. in Music Industry from Syracuse Universit and a Master's in Music Technology from New York University. Upon graduating, Ms. Harnett interned at Sony Music Studio's Mastering Department, was subsequently hired to assist the President of Sony Classical, Peter Gelb (now General Manager of The Metropolitan Opera), A chance call to audioEngine in 2004 led to an interview and an exciting career recording and mixing an assortment of tv & radio, web & film projects: Verizon's "Map for That" radio, CNBC "Investigates with Melissa Francis" & "Planet of the Apps with Scott Wapner", Sam Adams, Director Todd Lamb's "Loud People" films, TGIFridays radio, Select Comfort Sleep Number Beds TV & radio. Recent feature film work includes sound design for the dramatic thriller "Dead Fall Trail" and a mix and sound design for the documentary "The Vinyl Frontier" by Daniel Zana, about the Kid Robot & vinyl toy phenomenon! Sound Design/Movie Reel, TV Reel.

Nick Duong - Marketing & Development Intern

Nick is a Junior at the University of Maryland, majoring in Biological Sciences. He has been an Intern with MSDT since June 2010. He is Vice President of an organization he started on campus, Books Across Borders, and is also very involved with Global Medical Brigades, an organization that plans medical missions to developing countries. His passion is in medicine, though, he has found his heart in the arts. He has performed in productions of Oklahoma!, Parade, and Smokey Joe's Cafe in D.C. metropolitan area theatre companies.
